Role :
As part of our establishment in Morocco, AnyTech365 is recruiting for its new at CasaNearShore a Portuguese Technical Support Agent (Spanish+English fluently).
In this context, you will be responsible for:
• Welcoming customer calls and presenting the company.
• Listen and diagnose their needs and connected devices in order to provide them with the appropriate solution.
• Apply the defined processes and master the use of tools.
• Present and explain our products to build customer loyalty.
• Make sure to reach the qualitative and quantitative objectives set by your manager
• Receiving calls, assisting remotely and responding to electronic requests
• Understand and use best practices to provide first level support and the best possible
• Customer service as soon as possible
• Perform remote cleaning as indicated
• Resolve problems from the first call, as far as possible, using the knowledge retained during the training and searching through the available documentation.
• Record problems in the database
• Possess the ability to dynamically understand and retain changing information in relation to the support department and the organization
Profil Recherché
- Previous experience in sales or IT/tech support is an advantage but not necessary as full training and support will be given.
- Communication and social skills
- Portuguese Native with high level in Spanish and English
- Passionate about technologies
- Outgoing
- Be a team player: flexible, supportive, encouraging, prepared to listen, learn and improve together
- Be able to perform! This is a sales role, you must be able to sell. We want closers
