Descriptif du poste
As a Customer advisor Agent on behalf of a Social media account you will have to answer calls and emails with the primary goal of consistently delivering excellent customer service. (Technical assistance, Questions and complaints…).
Among your attributes:
• Respond by phone and email to an assortment of customer situations.
• Deliver technical assistance regarding some advertising activities. (Ads, Campaigns...)
• Listen, comprehend and analyze the customer’s requests and provide them the best resolution in order to resolve the matter and close the case.
• Opt for the best plan of action (Using the internal procedures) to handle client’s requests.
• Stay professional and calm in all situation.
Profil Recherché
Profile:
• Fluency in English and Classical Arabic in formal speaking and writing.
• Preferable to have a first experience as a customer support agent.
• Able to show a high degree of sensitivity for and comprehension of the other person's point of view and needs.
• A complete knowledge of the computer tools
• Adept at protecting the confidentiality of delicate information.
