Job Description :

• Good knowledge on IP, MPLS and routing knowledge (OSPF, BGP) in an ISP environment

• Basic knowledge on Provisioning in SDH/SONET/DWDM Transport Network.

• Microwave and Point to Point/Point to Multipoint Radio Operations knowledge.

• Should have previous experience in NOC/Provisioning & basic troubleshooting experience

• Coordination with Other Licensed Operators for Planned Outages / Migrations

• Pro-actively monitor the alarms, raising the tickets and coordinating with the concerned team to restore the fault

• Able to adapt quickly to new systems, technologies, and processes

• Ability to work unsupervised, be a team player under pressure and should be delivering best in class service in line with the organization standards

• Should have excellent communication skills in French and moderate in English – Verbal & Oral.

• Huawei NE-40 Routers and Switches etc

• Fair understanding on Transmission terminology Like , PDH , SDH , DWDM , CWDM,OTN

• Basic Understanding of TCP / IP, OSI Layer Protocol suites, WAN protocols and troubleshooting

• Basic knowledge of tools in Cramer, Clarify, Remedy and Mori

Experience :

• 3-4 Years of experience in relevant field

Education :

• Bachelor’s degree, or Diploma
