We’re looking for a order desk specialist to join our commercial operations team in Morocco.

  • As an order desk specialist you’ll be responsible for accepting, entering & following up of the customer orders in the required systems.

What You’ll Do

  • Manages sales orders up to delivery and to forwarding for the countries in scope.

  • Check availability of order and prepared delivery proposal; where needed, selects proposed alternatives, updates order status and escalates deviations.

  • Accepting and validating the sales order by checking relevant information & managing the sales order up to delivery.

  • Respond to customer questions & complaints regarding the product & services provided.

  • Monitors digital order creation process and responsible for various reporting or order receipts, deliveries, sales and complaints, etc.

  • Support the digitalization rood-map via MyLighting and automated priced orders.

Your Qualifications

  • Previous experience in order desk/Supply Chain related roles.

  • Strong understanding of customer order execution cycle including warehousing and transportation activities.

  • Knowledge of SAP.

  • Knowledge of Microsoft programs ( Excel, Power Point, Word).

  • Fluency in English and French ( written & verbal ).

  • Strong customer relation management and effective communicator.
