  • We are looking for a Digital Manager in Senegal to kickoff and manage our overall digital wallet plans for that market.


What You Will Do :

  • Work on Ria Digital global initiatives including new projects, partnerships, mobile wallet launch. Keys market to focus is Africa.

  • Works with key business stakeholders (Engineering, UX, Fraud, Compliance, Marketing, etc.) to define the product vision and strategy identifying ways to improve/enhance product as well as market expansion.

  • Reviews Product recommendations with the Digital team for sign-off.

  • Maintains and prioritizes the product roadmap for their specific products.

  • Communicate the product roadmap, including scheduled enhancements, status, new opportunities, and changes in priority, etc. to all stakeholders.

  • Develop pricing and economic models, business plans, product marketing strategy, value proposition, and forecasts by engaging the appropriate stakeholders.

  • Stays current with the competition and market opportunities.

  • Facilitate scoping and business prioritization for large or complex changes, engaging senior stakeholders as required.

  • Capture business requirements as user stories.

  • Collaborate with the Digital Design team to get wireframes and mock-ups to aid the capture and playback of requirements.

  • Identify solutions and assess for technical/business suitability.

  • Create user documentation for new features/processes/solutions.

  • Prioritizes and executes on the product backlog of approved features.

  • Conducts/Attends demos to approve new features/functionality.

  • Makes tactical decisions to make sure the team is moving forward.

  • Works closely with the Scrum Master and/or Agile Teams.

  • Signs off on work done by his or her team; ensuring that the work item is agreed to and the acceptance criteria is met.

  • Coordinate the actions, needs and requirements of the digital area with the rest of internal areas (Legal, Compliance, Finance, Sales, Operations, Marketing ... IT).


What We Are Looking For :

  • Minimum 7+ years of work experience, including a minimum of 3 years in product management, preferably in the financial services, eCommerce or payments industry.

  • Experience working in Africa, mainly on the wallet side.

  • Ability to demonstrate digital product management experience from ideation through execution including launching and optimizing products for mobile devices and desktop technologies.

  • Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products within a multi-disciplined organization.
