Are you prepared to sell the world’s best-known brands to the biggest customers in Morocco? How would you like to build positive relationships and put your sales experience to play? We are looking for people who have interest in selling strategies.
- As a P&G sales Manager, you will be the engine enabling Sales teams to deliver NOS, Sales fundamentals, and category growth. Delivers winning building blocks for a market/channel, including strong plans for base and innovation. Develops category growth strategies and strong conceptual selling. Delivers Enhanced Business Planning process (EBP) and works with Selling teams for activation. Ensures strategies are consistent with company’s stewardship guidelines.
Your Main responsibilies
Execute business plans to meet or exceed our financial objectives.
Develop collaborative partnerships with our customers.
Manage and improve our distribution, pricing, shelving, and merchandising.
Develop productive working relationships with key customer contacts in a positive way.
Bring to bear consumer insights and partner with customers to input into the development of a joint business plan.
Use analytical tools and integrate various data systems to develop new department and category insights.
You will also improve our selling advantage by driving different categories growth and contributing to their strategies.

Successful delivery of the business' critical metrics
Demonstrate a deep understanding of the business’ promotional plan and selling presentation
Understand existing solutions that the business offers and able to articulate these well to all partners
Achieve solid category understanding
Achieve high customer penetration
Capable ofng strategic projects to drive sales growth and efficiencies
Support business champions in business process changes and, where needed, driving them to requirements for application changes
Qualifications
A minimum of a bachelor’s degree
At least 3 years of Sales experience
Demonstrated ability of critical thinking and problem solving
Born leader and are passionate to make things happen, collaborating well with diverse groups of people
L eadership, ambitious mindset, collaboration skills, creativity, and strategic analysis.
