About the Role :

  • If you are looking for a dynamic working environment, decisiveness and a broad scope of responsibility, this role can interest you. As Modern Trade Manager, you will ensure the achievement of sales objectives and coordinate with Area Managers and Customer Team Managers.

Main Responsibilities :

  • Develop the turnover of customers in the affected area

  • Develop brand visibility on the shelf

  • Negotiate the volumes of promotional operations (leaflet, internal promotion)

  • Negotiate extra visibility promotions in close collaboration with trade marketing

  • Manage a team of merchandisers, manage their turnover by store, establish a coverage schedule that will cover at least the "20/80"

  • Establish a report on the activity of its sector (competitive watch, market trend…)

Team management : 

  • Recruiting, managing, motivating, coaching and developing your own team

Mainly collaboration with : 

  • Area/District Managers, Customer Team Managers, Merchandisers, Sales Force, Trade Marketing Field, Category Management

Who we are looking for :

  • university degree

  • Minimum 5 years of FMCG experience, ideally in the chocolate sector

  • Result oriented

  • Charismatic, responsive, strong personality
