- The T&L Analyst is a key contributor to time and labor deployment projects and program governance.
This Role Provides The Following To Our Program
Deep subject matter expertise of the time and labor work stream.
Expertise in configuring Eaton's Kronos Workforce Central Version 8.1 time and labor system.
Ability to govern the system and ensure Eaton's standards are met.
Communication skills to engage with our Kronos users and solicit their feedback.
Your Key Deliverables
Design and configure Eaton's Kronos Workforce Cenrtral Version 8.1 time and labor system.
Provide our stakeholders with time and labor subject matter expertise, from time collection and absence management to payroll processing.
Assist the Kronos Production Support team with issue analysis and ticket resolution.
Engage with Kronos end users to solicit their feedback on our solutions.
Provide end user training, production cutover support, and warranty support to our project deployment teams.
Qualifications
What we are looking for
Bachelor of Arts or Sciences Degree or equivalent
3-5 years’ experience with using and configuring the Kronos Workforce Central time and labor system.
Configuration of Kronos Workforce Central Versions 6.x, 7.x, 8.x, and/or Dimensions.
Knowledge of multi-country configurations in a global environment is a plus.
Knowledge of reporting and integration tools (e.g., WIM) also a plus.
Active Learning, Collaboration
German speaking (in addition to English) a strong plus.
