The ideal candidate will be responsible for the optimization of the company's processes in order to increase productivity, reduce costs and ensure continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Maintain process documentation, operating ranges, production sheet, time analysis sheet, flow and packaging ranges, packaging ranges, production capacity sheet, observation preparation sheet, manual time observation sheet, standardized work combination chart, periodic work observation sheet, work balance chart, work item sheet.

• Manage structures and work plans in the GPAO system. Manage the semi-finished product and work areas.

• Optimize, identify and improve processes that involve the reduction of MOD times.

• Define and implement the materials suitable for the flow of manufacturing processes.

• Identify and guarantee the handling means and its amendments.

• Define packaging materials and raw materials associated with purchases.

• Participate in the design of tooling and equipment necessary for production.

• Manage and pilot continuous improvement projects (Mafact) and cost reduction projects (CR1), ensuring their follow-up and implementation within the given deadlines.

• Monitor MOD time and prepare monthly indicators.

• Coordinate inventory management and supply chain activities to ensure optimal availability of raw materials and components.

• Evaluate customer requirements and define processes based on throughput, productivity and MOD control.

• Evaluate the performance of production processes, identify excessive costs and inefficiencies, and propose solutions to reduce them.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Engineering/Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering or Technical Engineering from a higher education institution

• 2 years working experience in a similar position, ideally in the automotive industry.

• Advanced knowledge in MS Office Tools.
