Job Description
- Join our TRANSMISSION & DISTRIBUTION team. We have a long and successful track record when it comes to the planning of electrical energy transmission and distribution systems. As part of our comprehensive range of services we also handle the associated environmental aspects.
Your Responsibilities
- Managing the AFRY Ivory Coast office in Abidjan
- Project Managing AFRY T&D projects in Ivory Coast
- Supporting and/or leading AFRY business opportunities in West Africa (Sales and Marketing)
- Responsible for engaging with, and reporting to, AFRY management
Your Profile
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
- Separate qualifications in Project Management are an advantage
- Minimum of 15 years’ experience with substations and transmission line projects of 220kV and above
- Experience managing engineering projects in Africa
- Experience dealing with stakeholders, including government bodies, regulatory authorities and all levels of supply chain in a sales and/or management role
- Fluent French speaker, with business level English and/or German language skills
- Self-driven professional with excellent communication, administrative and interpersonal skills
- Driving License
