  • Sales Enablement Specialist - Global Sales Onboarding

  • To support our growth, we are building a Modern Sales Enablement program, built and delivered by our new and expanded Enablement Team.

  • We are looking for a Sales Enablement Specialist with a global focus on Sales Onboarding . The ideal candidate thrives on empowering others to be successful in their roles, and has the creativity and thought-leadership to build and run an exciting and effective onboarding program.

In this role

  • You will design, evolve and run the global sales onboarding program. You will empower the revenue organization to grow at scale by ensuring new sales hires can ramp up quickly and effectively. Ideal candidates have experience building and running an onboarding program as well as a strong desire to expand their enablement skill set.

  • This role will report to the GTM & Sales Enablement Director.


  • Design and Evolve a state-of-the-art sales onboarding program

  • Build and expand role specific learning paths

  • Collaborate with other teams to build and deliver enticing content

  • Execute the sales onboarding program for all regions through live (virtual) events and elearning


  • At least 3 years of experience in software / SaaS / IT industry

  • At least 3 years of Sales Enablement experience

Training & Education skills

  • Experience and ability to create training and education programs

  • Instructional design skills/experience

  • Ability to create and edit elearning videos, podcasts, documentation, slide decks, exams, FAQs etc.

Speaking & presentation skills

  • Ability to deliver training topics to internal EnterpriseDB sales & GTM resources

  • Desire to speak and be in front of team

  • Active listening skills and the ability to understand what people need to be more successful

Personal attributes

  • Motivated self-starter and self-learner. Comfortable taking ownership

  • Passionate about sales efficiency and effectiveness

  • Cross-group collaboration: work with product, engineering, marketing, and sales. Comfortable with reaching out and working with other teams

  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities at once

Potential Plusses

  • Experience in a B2B sales role

  • Experience with sales enablement platforms like Showpad, Highspot, Seismic or similar

  • Experience with sales productivity tools like SalesLoft, Salesforce, Sales Navigator
