JOB PURPOSE :

Take ownership for data/insight/analytics project from end to end. Perform data analysis & present findings in Excel in relation with customer value and base management, with business logics to commercial leads, identify right tables/data sets/models which will help in completing piece of analysis.

Responsabilities :

  • Be a ‘story teller’ and produce actionable insights by converting data into knowledge using all the available data and technologies.
  • Champion the power of analytics by proposing analytical assets to improve the efficiency of Djezzy’s CVM activities. Lead the development of behavioural models from concept to deployment and revenue realisation. 

KEY ACTIVITIES :
 

  • Fully understand and analyze customer behaviour and market trends through data available in data warehouse / data-marts.
  • Be responsible for designing and implementing the necessary customer insights analysis.
  • Work closely with CVM team for production of ad-hoc analysis.
  • Provide complete data analysis to support the business cases for new products and offers as well as the post launch evaluation.
  • ·Support campaigns team in the process of campaigns evaluation and generating lists required for launching CVM campaigns based on
  • Develop analytical approaches to answer business questions.
  • Participate in initiative related to the CVM campaigns; provide Control elements & reporting in the objective to have new sources of revenue.
  • Lead the development and implementation of marketing data mart
  • Identify right tables/data sets/models which will help in completing piece of analysis
  • Have SQL/R modelling expertise to build scripts & create model from scratch to extract data sets based on requirement
  • Take ownership for data/insight/analytics project from end to end
  • Good skills  in coding using R and Python and experience in Python data analysis libraries or equivalent in R

Education :

  • Bac + 5 and more in IT, statistical or RO field

Experience:

  • Three (03)  years of relevant experience  in data analysis and datamining

 Technical Skills:

  • Experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, Data Visualization, Data Warehousing.
  • Experience in at least two BI tools such as SAP BI, Qlik and Tableau or similar data analytics tool experience is required.
  • Experience in the Big data environments: Pig, Hive, Spark, …
  • Strong experience with demonstrated project management skills.
  • Ability to build and run complex SQL queries and specific coding
  • Data Science and Analytics experience
  • Experience on programming and scripting languages such as Python and R is an advantage

Linguistic skills :

English, French and Arabic: written and spoken
