Mission générale du poste :

 Network complaints analyses, follow-up, treatment and resolution to ensure network
availability and customer’s satisfaction and best coverage Network

Tâches Principales:

  • 2G, 3G & 4G networks fine tuning by adjusting radio physical parameters (tilt,
azimuth, HBA,…) and determine site problem by using network key performance
indicators, drive test data and customer complaints.
• Implementing new technologies, solutions and features for coverage enhancement
(5G,Massive MIMO, beam forming MIMO Prime, bi-sector and penta antenna, small
cell, repeaters, calibration model, cloud Ran solution, All-IP,…)
• Radio Tools selection, calibration and efficient usage (MapInfo, Tems, Atoll, Actix...).
• Answer to technical requests and day-to-day operational feedbacks.

• 2G, 3G & 4G Network site selection and coverage simulation study and implementation by respecting

Coverage forecast:
• 2G, 3G and 4G cluster design implementation
• 2G, 3G and 4G Roads and Highway design implementation.
• 2G, 3G And 4G Design implementation for CDS, shops, corporate customer; offices to ensure Indoor
Coverage with innovative solution at low cost.
• 2G, 3G & 4G Cluster, Highway and Roads benchmarking campaign coverage analyses, Black Spot solution
and follow-up.
• Validation of propagation model tuning Exercise for 900/1800 (GSM), 3G(WCDMA ) and 4G (LTE) systems

Conditions d’Accès:

• Diplômes & Formations : Ingénieur dans le domaine technique (de préférence Réseau ou télécommunication)
